we've passed little big burger on several occasions while walking downtown, and decided last week that we would finally give it a whirl.
on the up and up:
variety of cheese for your cheeseburger.
fry sauce! (utah is famous for it. it's a rarity to find it elsewhere.)
cola products
and
great french fries.
the low down:
"bigish" price for little burgers, and if you're hungry plan on eating two burgers.
also,
all burgers are cooked medium, and i found it a little too pink for my liking. (in all fairness, it did state that on the wall. i just didn't read it until after the fact.)
all in all, we would go back.
fry sauce, people!!

I love a good cheeseburger.. I have been meaning to check out this place. You can smell the fries from a block away that place. lol
ReplyDeleteI swear, when I went to Portland, my little big burger was the best burger I've ever had. Yum!
ReplyDeletefry sauce is definitely a good reason to go back. i miss that stuff soooo dang much!!! yumm!
ReplyDeleteRude. This post is just mean. I'm salivating.
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting a juicy burger for 5 weeks.
Not to mention I just developed grown up taste buds and discovered how phenomenal bleu cheese actually tastes! This coming from the PF girl who made gallons of the stuff everyday, plugging her nose, and trying not to vom. This is a HUGE accomplishment!
I'm jealous to say the least.
love the name of the joint. love fry sauce :)
ReplyDeleteWe've been making homemade fry sauce with vegenaise and organic ketchup since we love the stuff, but wanted a little healthier version and can't always afford to go out for dinner. Sweet Potatoe fries and fry sauce...where have you been all my life? Yummy!
ReplyDeletei've been fasting all day... and then i see this post. happy i'll be breaking it very soon! i don't even like burgers and those look so delicious.
ReplyDeleteI love burgers. Of course we eat garden burgers. but they are soooo delicious with cheese and all the fixins. I am craving one now. Jared makes a homemade veggie patty that my dad (a big meat eater) couldn't tell was not meat. It is pretty tasty.
ReplyDeleteoooooh yuuuuuuuum iiii'mmmm sooooo hungrrrrrrry right now.

I finally caught up on your blog from the weekend+ and I've realized how much I miss you on a regular basis. ha ha funny.

ReplyDeletei was just watching some show where they were saying fry sauce was invented by the Mormons! LOL I chuckled a little...
